Lisa Birocci Banse has over a decade of Sports Performance, Personal Training, and Group Fitness experience. She is a yoga teacher with nearly 1,000 teaching hours of both public classes and private yoga training. Her extensive experience training people of all ages and stages around the world and her energetic motivation amplifies your own results. She firmly believes in Stronger Core, Whole Body Stability, and Sustainable Life-Long Practice.

This is not a one-and-done approach! Anyone can make a single lactic acid-producing workout. But it is the accountability and the specificity that differentiates Lisa’s approach from other gym workouts. Lock in your time to train every week and set your calendar on repeat! Engage with your future self and goals rather than go through the motions with another gym workout. Her targeted training sessions will leave you challenged and functional in addition to the accountability she provides before and after the workouts to make sure you are holding up your end of the deal and to further hone and flex the workouts to meet your every need.
