TRAINING PROGRAMS

PERSONAL TRAINING

Chose to train alone, with a partner, or with a small group. Each session can include but is not limited to: injury prevention, core and strength training, cardio fitness, mobility training, and is geared toward client-specific needs. There are no cookie cutter approaches here, and each session is tailored to each individual client. 

YOGA

Whether you are looking for a different way to practice yoga, learn a new pose, or discover the power of your core, even full-time training clients benefit from a dedicated mobility/core day per week.

PILATES

Trained in the Pilates Reformer, Lisa uses the Reformer to train your core, work around injuries, and highlight weaknesses. The Reformer is her favorite tool for older populations, specific injuries, or rehab from surgeries or pregnancy. No Reformer? No problem! Lisa will train you on the floor with little to no equipment and tailor the session to your goals.

SENIOR TRAINING

Stay moving and keep your strength to live comfortably and safely. Lisa has experience with many issues facing seniors. When it comes to wanting to stay home, stay safe in the home, and maintain or build strength for daily living, it feels good to train in-home. Lisa will come to the home and train in the comfort of your home.

WRITTEN PROGRAMS

Ready to go it alone with a written program made just for you? Inquire about individualized programs to complete in your own gym or your home gym.

IN HOME TRAINING

A wonderfully comfortable way to train! Lisa brings the equipment or will use what equipment you have at your house or home gym.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

The training landscape has changed these past few years. For whatever reason you chose to train virtually, you will find the results you are looking for!

PRIVATE & GROUP SESSIONS

Train alone or train with a group of friends. Private and group pricing available. Small groups are limited to 3-5 people. Large group, team training, and consistent classes can also be made to order.
